To bring out the unique flavors and aromas, these premium meats are cooked using traditional wood fire techniques such as smoking, grilling, and slow cooking in embers.

Our meat cuts menu features a variety of highlights such as Angus Grass-Fed 28D Dry-Aged Irish John Stone Sirloin Bone-In (450 g), Rangers Valley Angus Black Market MBS 4+ Australia Sirloin Bone-In (450 g), and USDA Prime Beef GOP USA Tenderloin (180 g).

Among the other popular items on the menu are Scottish Salmon (an appetizer consisting of raspberry, creme fraiche, and blinis) and Roasted Pineapple (a dessert featuring coconut sugar and pineapple sorbet).

The restaurant’s luxurious atmosphere is further enhanced by a glass fridge known as “The Vault” that showcases prime cuts of meat, conveniently situated next to the “Open Kitchen” where diners can observe the chefs expertly cooking the meat.

The restaurant has an added visual appeal with ‘The Library’ – an exposed wine cellar that boasts over 200 wine labels, including a variety of natural wines. For those who prefer a more private dining experience, the restaurant has two private dining rooms available.
