The patisserie, whose name originates from the Portuguese word for flower, specializes in Japanese-style French pastries and cakes that are authentically inspired by Japanese cuisine.
Our menu features delectable dishes inspired by the perfect harmony between nature and beauty, crafted with premium ingredients from Japan, Belgium, France, Malaysia, Thailand, and locally.
Confections made with mostly fresh fruits are less intense in taste compared to traditional French pastries.
At the bakery shop, customers can indulge in classic favorites like Strawberry Shortcake, Signature Roll, and Yuzu Strawberry Tart. Additionally, seasonal cakes such as the Signature Tofu Chiffon are available, featuring new flavors that rotate every two months to match the current season.
