The well-known Spanish eatery, GAIG Restaurant, can be found in Singapore’s Chinatown district at 16 Stanley Street.

Chef Carles Gaig founded the restaurant in 1989, and it has been in Singapore since 2017. The menu features a selection of popular dishes from Catalan and Northern Spanish cuisine.

At the Spanish restaurant, guests can enjoy a variety of dishes from the a la carte menu. Highlights include Gaig’s Traditional Cannelloni (made with beef and pork and dating back to 1869!), Squid Ink and Seafood Fideuà (a paella made with short noodles), and Grilled Beef Tenderloin served with Padrón peppers and potatoes.
