Gyu San, a Japanese butchery & sandwich shop located in Singapore, can be found inside the Guoco Tower shopping mall at 7 Wallich Street.
Since August 2022, the shop has been open to customers, dedicated to the concept of nose-to-tail sustainable dining. All of the cattle used in the butchery and sando shop are imported from Japan and used in their entirety.
The outlet is renowned for its selection of exquisite, mouthwatering wagyu cuts. These cuts are sourced directly from three of Japan’s prefectures – Kagoshima, Iwate, and Gifu – ensuring genuine Japanese wagyu of the highest quality.
If you visit the butchery counter, run by Chef Linh, you will find a selection of over 55 different premium, Japanese Wagyu cuts from head to tail.
At the sandwich shop in Singapore, you can find an exclusive dish prepared by Chef Tomoyuki Kiga: the wagyu fat katsu sando and chips. This delicacy is fried with beef fats extracted from top-quality Japanese wagyu.
