There are two Pullman Bakery locations in Singapore; 100 AM (located at 100 Tras Street) and Millenia Walk (situated at 9 Raffles Boulevard).

Mr. Kazuomi Tachihara founded the bakery in Hokkaido, Japan in 1978, and achieved international acclaim in 1995-1996 after claiming victory on the Japanese television baking show, “TV Champion”, for two consecutive years.

The name of the bakery pays tribute to the creativity of the American Pullman rail company in the late 19th century, as they were pioneers in the implementation of cutting-edge baking techniques in the tiny onboard kitchens.

All of the baked goods sold at the outlets, from beloved buns to breads, are made using only the finest ingredients, sourced locally from Hokkaido, Japan, and then imported directly to Singapore. These ingredients include flour, potatoes, and onions.

To bring out the full flavour of the freshly-sourced ingredients, including homemade yeast, the bakery offers over 100 types of handmade breads, such as Apple Bread and Curry Bread, which are prepared according to their own unique recipes.

The bakery shop menu available for delivery via GrabFood consists of Breads, Donuts, Signatures, Savoury Breads, Danish Pastries, Euro Breads, Cookies, Toast Sets, Hot Dogs, Hot Sandwiches, Soups, Meiji Milk, Beverages, Coffee Beans, Jams, Toast Breads, and Cold Sandwiches.
