Located in Singapore’s Chinatown, Sake Labo is an excellent sake bar and Japanese restaurant, located at 29 Stanley Street.

Hedonism Hospitality has created a dining concept that provides a range of sake and Japanese small plates (commonly referred to as “Japas”) to suit any taste.

Having a name where “labo” translates to “lab” in Japanese, the bar is devoted to bringing the great sake dining culture of Japan to Singapore, offering a unique experience of sake drinking and japas dining.

The outlet’s small-batch craft sake is sourced from 26 breweries in Japan and is transported using a precise cold chain logistics program, guaranteeing that it arrives to you exactly as it left the brewery.

On the “Japas” menu, you can enjoy some exciting highlights, such as Tatami Iwashi (a traditional Japanese snack layered with Spanish aioli and Japanese Tobiko fish roe) and the “Spider” Karaage (deep fried Japanese soft shell crab with Spanish Sriracha aioli).

The ambiance of the sake bar is tastefully crafted with terracotta-colored decor, wooden elements, and a unique curved overhead ceiling, creating a memorable atmosphere. The bar and mezzanine level add further character to the space.
