When you visit this place, you will be able to choose from the freshest Japanese ingredients. The food is cooked in front of you and then presented on a Samoji (rice paddle), a tribute to fishermen from North-eastern Japan from centuries before who served their daily catch with wooden oars.
The a la carte menu features some exquisite dishes, such as Blue Fin Tuna Char Kama, Ezo Abalone Kami Meshi (complete with abalone liver and truffles), and Hokkaido King Crab Leg (served with uni sauce).
