Since April 2018, customers have had access to an all-encompassing concept that includes a bistro restaurant with an open kitchen, a beer bar, and a Grab & Go counter.

Our A La Carte Bistro menu features some amazing dishes, such as Steak Tartar (made with beef tenderloin and crisp bread, for an entrée), Roasted Tomato Soup (with toasted bread), and BBQ Pork Ribs (served with baked potatoes, housemade BBQ sauce, and leafy greens).

TSB Burger (made with Wagyu beef, tomatoes, radicchio, pickles, and a brioche pepper bun), Waldorf Salad (watercress, roasted walnuts, poached chicken, and an apple yogurt dressing), and One Pot Chicken Stew (featuring chicken, seasonal vegetables, and parmesan cheese) are all on the menu.

The atmosphere of the venue is enhanced by tasteful décor, which has a combination of traditional vintage elements and modern industrial-chic accents.

At the bistro restaurant, there is also an open kitchen and bar, where you can observe the energetic cooking taking place.
