Xi Yan Chinese restaurant has three establishments in Singapore – one on Maxwell Road (28 Maxwell Road), one on Scotts Road (1 Scotts Road) at Shaw Centre, and a third one.

In 2000, the restaurant, founded in Hong Kong by international Celebrity Chef Jacky Yu (nicknamed “”Hong Kong’s Jamie Oliver””), became a reality. Since 2005, the restaurant has opened its doors in Singapore, offering a menu that features a modern take on traditional Chinese cuisine.

At this casual gourmet dining establishment, the menu items are predominantly Asian Chinese, with a contemporary twist and a home-cooked feel.

At the Chinese restaurant located at Maxwell, there is an exquisite dining section with a comfortable bar area at the front of the space.

From the a la carte menu, some highlights include Salt & Pepper Deep Fried River Prawns, Greenhouse Tomatoes in Wasabi Sesame Sauce, and Pagoda Dongpo Pork with Mei Cai. Additionally, the bar drinks menu offers Langjiu cocktails.
